Coffee with Paula
Our regular coffee catch ups are a chance for the community to have an informal chat with Whaikaha Chief Executive Paula Tesoriero face to face as well as ask any questions you may have about the work being done at Whaikaha.
NZSL interpreters are always at these events and we're forever grateful to the Disabled Persons Assembly external URL for their help in facilitating the smooth running of these events.
It's not required to register, but for catering purposes it would be great if people could indicate they are coming by emailing communications@whaikaha.govt.nz. You can also email any questions for Paula in advance if you want to.
This section will be updated as coffee with Paula events are organised.
Online hui sessions
Our online community hui and question and answer sessions are held via Zoom and are an opportunity for tāngata whaikaha Māori, disabled people and whānau to come together and learn more about Whaikaha and ask some questions.
These sessions always have NZSL interpreters, captions and will be recorded for people who are unable to make it to the live event.
To register email communications@whaikaha.govt.nz
