Streamlined Contract Framework

The following documents are for services that have moved to the Streamlined Contract Framework.

This section will be updated with further service specifications as we work through the transition to the new framework.

Outcome Agreement

The Outcome Agreement is the new Agreement replacing the previous Residential and Non-Residential DSS contracts.
