Provide a range of administrative support according to the needs across the organisation, with a particular focus initially on purchase orders and invoice processing.  

As the Business Coordinator you will be part of a team providing administrative support across our small close-knit organisation.   The Business Coordinator is expected to provide a range of administrative support according to the needs across the organisation, with a particular focus initially on purchase orders and invoice processing.  

As this role is fixed term, we’re looking for someone who is able to start immediately who is located in Wellington.  We support flexible working however given this role is a key support to the wider organisation unfortunately this role can not be fully remote.
