Alternate Formats Service over the summer holidays

Some alternate format providers will be closed or working reduced hours over the 2026/2027 summer holidays.

If you need alternate formats before Christmas, please send us your request by 18 November.

You can still send requests after 18 November if you do not need them before Christmas.

We will not respond to requests or questions from 24 December 2026 to 5 January 2027.

If you have any questions about the service over the summer holidays, email accessibility@whaikaha.govt.nz
